Aldar Properties has embarked on an exclusive collaboration with Nobu Residences, marking a significant milestone with the unveiling of a luxurious hotel, branded residences, and an upscale dining experience at the prestigious Mamsha Al Saadiyat in Abu Dhabi.
Scheduled to debut in 2026, the five-star hotel will boast 165 opulent guest rooms and suites, featuring a rooftop Nobu Villa, as announced by Aldar on Monday. The property will include four dining venues, highlighted by the inaugural Nobu Residences in Abu Dhabi. The establishment will also feature a cutting-edge wellness and fitness center, lavish swimming pools, and expansive event and conference facilities.
Complementing the hotel, the development is set to introduce the first Nobu-branded residences in the Middle East, constituting the second such offering globally. These residences will showcase elevated gardens with panoramic views of the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, a state-of-the-art gym, a dedicated movie room, swimming pools, indoor and outdoor play areas, and exclusive lounge access.
Aldar’s CEO highlighted the strategic utilization of Mamsha Al Saadiyat’s prime land bank for this project, enhancing the company’s portfolio across residential, hospitality, and leisure sectors.
Amid the broader economic recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic, Aldar has been actively contributing to Saadiyat Island’s property market resurgence, with recent projects like Saadiyat Lagoons, a nature-inspired residential community, reflecting the company’s commitment to high-quality offerings and recurring income-generating properties.
