The 98 travelers of a Kolkata-bound IndiGo flight had a frightening encounter when it slid off the runway while maneuvering for take-off at Assam’s Jorhat air terminal on Thursday. Inexplicably, every one of them were free from any potential harm.
The IndiGo flight 6E-757 was booked to take-off for Kolkata on Thursday at 2.20pm, according to the planned flight time. While maneuvering for take off on the runway, the airplane’s wheels wandered away from the landing area and stalled out in a sloppy field close to the runway.
Travelers were deboarded some time after the occurrence with the assistance of the Indian Air Force (IAF) keeping up with the air terminal.
