The Dubai Land Office has advised all proprietors, engineers, property the board organizations and inhabitants to enroll their co-tenant subtleties in claimed and rented properties.
The enrollment should be possible through the Dubai REST application and should be finished inside a “limit of about fourteen days with quick impact,” a roundabout gave by the Dubai Land Division said.
To enroll their co-inhabitants, all proprietors, designers, property the executives organizations and occupants should follow an eight-step process, including adding individual subtleties and the Emirates ID.

How to enroll?
1. Open Dubai REST Application and sign in to the Application. If it’s not too much trouble, register on the off chance that you’re another client.

3. Validate yourself through the UAE PASS application
4. From the dashboard, select the property where you are an occupant/proprietor

8. Add all relatives who are living on that property. To eliminate a co-tenant, select the erase symbol and submit.
