Around 40% of all positions are supposed to become old in the following 10 years, a review charged by the UAE’s Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation has found. These positions would become mechanized or supplanted by innovation controlled ones.
As per the review distributed in the service’s Labor Market magazine, this is supposed to go up further by 2030 with innovation progressing at a sped up pace.
